dōTERRA Recognized as One of 100 Companies Championing Women in Utah

dōTERRA will continue to champion competitive benefits at its headquarters in Utah that raise the standards for how women in the workforce are supported and celebrated

PLEASANT GROVE, UTAH—May 22, 2023—dōTERRA has been recognized as one of 100 Companies Championing Women in Utah for its policies, procedures, and opportunities that support women in the workforce. This honor was granted by the Inspire in Utah initiative on behalf of the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity.  

The significant award highlights companies that are taking action to better support women through intentional initiatives and benefits. dōTERRA was specifically recognized for its efforts in the following areas: 

  • Equal pay for employees, including conducting equity pay analyses  

  • Onsite childcare benefits 

  • Infertility and adoption benefits 

  • Women's Employee Resource Group (ERG) 

  • A flexible remote work policy

As part of the Inspire in Utah initiative, 100 Companies Championing Women focuses on recognizing and highlighting the stories of 100 Utah companies that offer family-friendly policies and practices, as well as women-specific initiatives known to impact the recruiting, hiring, retaining, and advancing of women employees, managers, and leaders.
