Co-Impact Sourcing creates shared value for all stakeholders in the supply chain by being at the source and intentionally implementing environmental stewardship and/or poverty solutions. dōTERRA facilitates sustainable sourcing of natural resources so they can be available for generations to come by deliberately seeking to improve the social, economic, and environmental well-being of farmers, distillers, and producers of Certified Pure Tested Grade® (CPTG) essential oils. doTERRA partners with artisans from over 45 countries, many of whom have nurtured essential oil plants and distilled for generations. In doing so, doTERRA supports tens of thousands of jobs around the world.
Through our industry-leading Sourcing Guiding Principles, dōTERRA maintains the highest levels of quality, purity and sustainability in partnership with local growers around the world. Our extensive sourcing partnerships empower doTERRA to produce exclusive proprietary oils and blends that preserve the purity and potency of each plant. Ninety-eight percent of doTERRA’s single oils and oil blends are exclusive to doTERRA through proprietary formulations or exclusivity arrangements, ensuring that essential oil users receive a product that is truly unique.

The doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. doTERRA provides all overhead and administrative costs of the foundation, ensuring that 100 percent of all donations go directly to those receiving aid.
