PLEASANT GROVE, UT— March 17, 2025 — dōTERRA Healing Hands announces Kristin and Tyler Tigges as the 2025 Rose Award Winners at the annual dōTERRA Leadership Retreat in San Antonio, Texas. The prestigious dōTERRA Healing Hands Rose Award was established in 2023 and celebrates leaders who not only exemplify excellence but also go above and beyond in their commitment to empowering communities. These leaders work in partnership with dōTERRA Healing Hands to make a lasting, positive difference in communities worldwide.

Through their dōTERRA Healing Hands Match Project, Kristin and Tyler Tigges raised vital funds to train 400 women and girls—many of whom were in the criminal justice system throughout Poland and Moldova—with the critical knowledge and skills needed to protect themselves against human trafficking.  

In partnership with the US nonprofit Unbound Now, the Tigges also helped support the Keeping Students Safe program—an initiative that goes beyond just teaching safety. The program strives to instill value, worth, and purpose in every girl, empowering them to recognize their strength and make informed decisions about their futures.
