Donation to Help Surf Therapy Program for At-Risk Teens

Mar 19, 2019

In conjunction with the SD leadership meeting, doTERRRA worked with local leaders and the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation to identify and surprise a San Diego non-profit organization with significant need. San Diego Youth Services was selected, an organization that provides housing, therapy, and basic needs to over 700,000 at-risk, foster, and homeless youth within San Diego County, and Urban Surf for Kids, which provides surf therapy to foster kids in SD.

At the conclusion of the SD leadership meeting, Anne Wairepo, Missy Larsen, and Danielle Daniels met with representatives from both SDYS and Urban Surf at the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation booth to deliver a basket that represented the many products that were donated to the two organizations such as shampoo, conditioner, emergency relief kits, bars of soap, EO’s & diffusers for emotional therapy.
