doTERRA Malaysia Donates RM60,000 to Social Impact Initiatives
During its virtual third anniversary celebration, doTERRA Malaysia highlighted some of its recent and ongoing community initiatives. As part of the worldwide Engage In Good campaign, the market donated RM60,000 to COVID-19 relief projects in the country. They worked with four local NGOs—Tenaganita, Refuge for the Refugees, Dapur Jalanan KL, and Liga Rakyat Demokratik—to provide relief efforts focused on affected underprivileged communities.
“Our pledge and support for these causes work in tandem with our global practices under the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation,” said Ethan Wang, General Manager of doTERRA Malaysia. “We are sponsoring the National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) with a vehicle for their domestic usage. We are also kick-starting a new campaign to support Tenaganita, hoping to raise another RM60,000 for the efforts of protecting and promoting the rights of women, migrants and refugees, and fighting against human trafficking.”
