For the past 44 years, Wasatch Adaptive Sports has promoted access to the transformative power of outdoor recreation. For many people, outdoor recreation has been a critical outlet during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, many children, adults, and veterans with adaptive needs are high-risk and face increased isolation and additional barriers to getting active outside. In addition to raising awareness for the needs of the adaptive community, the 2021 Steve Young Ski Classic is raising funds to help Wasatch Adaptive Sports continue providing over 80% of recreational lessons on scholarship, reach new students in underserved areas, introduce new programming, and so much more!
