Pursue 2020: Pursue Pure Product

Sep 10, 2020

doTERRA’s annual global convention has gone virtual this year with thousands of participants joining sessions virtually from around the globe. The first session, Pursue Pure Product, highlighted what sets doTERRA apart from the rest, including its history, Co-Impact Sourcing, and quality standards.

Guests in this session include David Stirling (doTERRA Founding Executive David Stirling), Tim Valentiner (VP Global Strategic Sourcing), Dr. Russell Osguthorpe (Chief Medical Officer), Dr. Prabodh Satyal (CSO, Aromatic Plant Research Center), and Mark Blumenthal (Founder & Executive Director, American Botanical Council), among others including several of doTERRA’s sourcing partners.

Topics included a history of doTERRA’s founding, the importance of direct sourcing, the abundance of adulteration in the essential oil market, and an in-depth look at doTERRA’s extensive quality testing. “It is important to know what it is that you’re using,” said Dr. Russell Osguthorpe, doTERRA Chief Medical Officer. “doTERRA goes to exceptional lengths to make it clear to everyone what you’re using. . . . it’s a safety issue. If you don’t know what you’re putting on or into your bodies, you could potentially be doing harm. Knowing what is in the bottle is the foundation of safety.”

Access to Pursue 2020 content is available until October 31, 2020. To register, visit https://www.doterra.com/US/en/convention/registration.
