Experts focused on healthy lifestyle choices as well as some of doTERRA’s hero products to help maintain vitality, prevent lingering tension, and recover from the effects of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion. Presenters included Rob Young (doTERRA Founding Executive), Dr. Paul Winterton (Orthopedic Surgeon), Doris Martel (Neuromuscular Therapist, Philadelphia 76ers), and David Hawkins (Physical Therapist), among others.
