Pursue Wellness – Relief

Sep 11, 2020

Whether you’re exhausted from a heavy workload, starting a new exercise routine, or just feeling the effect of multiple years around the sun, your body uses discomfort to alert you to negative effects. This session focused on how to maintain a healthy inflammatory response in the body to help people feel their best. Experts focused on healthy lifestyle choices as well as some of doTERRA’s hero products to help maintain vitality, prevent lingering tension, and recover from the effects of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion. Presenters included Rob Young (doTERRA Founding Executive), Dr. Paul Winterton (Orthopedic Surgeon), Doris Martel (Neuromuscular Therapist, Philadelphia 76ers), and David Hawkins (Physical Therapist), among others.
